These Terms of Service govern your use of the VURA Group Ltd Skills Intelligence Platform. By registering and using this platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Platform Usage
The VURA platform provides skills assessment, verification, and talent matching services for UK industrial sectors. Users must provide accurate information and complete assessments honestly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Candidate Terms
Candidates agree to complete assessments authentically without external assistance or cheating. Video assessments are monitored by AI for integrity. Misrepresentation of skills may result in account suspension.
Candidates retain control over their data at all times. No personal information is shared without your explicit, per-request consent.
Employer Terms
Employers agree to the two-step unlock process and associated fees. Unlocked candidate data must be used solely for legitimate recruitment purposes and handled in accordance with GDPR.
Employers must not share, redistribute, or sell unlocked candidate data to any third party. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
Fees & Payments
Profile unlock fees are non-refundable once a candidate's full profile has been accessed. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes.
VURA reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Any pricing changes will not affect already-completed transactions.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, assessment frameworks, and software on the VURA platform remain the intellectual property of VURA Group Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
