Candidate data is never shared with employers without explicit per-request approval. Each sharing instance is logged and auditable.

Employers can only access your full profile after: (1) expressing interest, (2) receiving your digital consent, and (3) completing payment. You have full control over each data-sharing request.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. Your video assessments and personal information are stored securely on UK or EEA-based infrastructure.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. You can also object to processing or request restriction of processing at any time.
